Customer Service & Order Operation Position (M/F) - (1 Post) (Full Time)


Job Description

  • Communicating with customers in-person or through email or chat, over the phone or on social media
  • Mainly check order, answer and Keep phone call records exactly and timely
  • Giving detailed explanations of company services and products to customer
  • Provide appropriate solutions depend on any customers’ complaints (technical & non-technical) and returns within time limits
  • Receiving orders, calculating total amount and processing payments
  • Can cooperative with instock management and delivery to create better solutions for customer service
  • Can Report to supervisor in daily, weekly and monthly via mail
  • To do tasks given by Supervisor, Manager and other immediate duties depend on company’s requirements
  • Enquiry to customers’ concern and review customer feedback at every time


Requirements

  • Good customer service skills
  • Any Graduate or matriculation Pass
  • Customer Service experience at least 1 year
  • Must be able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Be active and good listening skills
  • Be Responsibility
  • Good communication skills with customer and staff in another department
  • Must be live in Mandalay
  • Good communication skills with staff in another department and Excellent Building customer Relationship
  • Age between 20-28
  • Basic Salary: Negotiable


Office Location: 65(B)* Between 110th & 111st Street, Mandalay.
