Faithful in Your Job
Once upon a time, there were father and son who were famous masons in building castles.
One day, as the foundation for the castle wall was being laid, the last stone was left, and the father ordered his son to plaster it.
The son asked his father to use it from a lot of wall decorations. Then the father explained that the clay on the top wall was not as good as the foundation. This is what the son said; He complained to his father, "Who would know what we use?"
So the father said to his son,
"There are two people I know, my son, and those two people will be ashamed for the rest of their lives, my son."
Son: "Who are them, Dad?"
Father: "they are both of us."
This story tells us to be faithful to our job. One of the things you do when you say to no one and no one knows, but you are the only one who know. It is a word of advice.
Everyone must be faithful to their job. Being honest in your work is self-respect. If you do not respect yourself, no one will respect you. Only those who are loyal to their job and who are always honest about their business will get a name at work. Only when you love your job, your job will give you a better place by loving yourself back.
Love Your Job
If you want to improve your current situation, there is a saying that you should love your current job more. Some people are unhappy at work even though they are currently working. It is a lack of respect for what you are doing. You also do not understand what your current job is best for you right now. If you are not happy with your current job, you may experience some inconvenience and delay reaching your goal.
In the workplace, everyone is doing their best to be responsible, but due to the difference in enthusiasm between the professional and the responsible, only the professional becomes successful in the future. But success isn't achieved within in a day or a month or two or a year.
Enthusiasm is the key to becoming a professional. The hardest thing to control is to have the passion to work in the midst of all kinds of passions, and you will be close to becoming a successful person. Successful people are in control of almost every single moment of their lives.
Once a salary is defined, value is included. Each person has his own value. It is up to you to determine if it is worth more than it is now. In terms of effort, success isn't like planting a tree. You need more than luck to succeed in affiliate business. One thing to keep in mind when trying is not to take the easy way out, as nothing is always easy to get, so if you choose the right way at the moment, you will face some difficulties.
Do and Don't
- Do not share everything you know about your new job.
- Humble yourself. Everyone is proud of their new job.
- Learn. Do not pretend to know what you do not know. You will never know. Ask someone you know.
- Be patient. Gone are the days when you had to eat the food your mother picked at home. Sometimes you just have to pick them up. There will be people you do not like. But this is just the beginning of life.
- Respect seniors. It doesn't matter if you are young or old. Respect those who are older than you at work, whether you are older or younger.
- Know accordingly. It is different from frogs. Being aware means that you know what your boss needs. It does what it needs to do. It's doing it for someone who pays you. Furthermore, it is not a frog.
There is a saying; "You can never be a good leader without being a good follower."
