Requirements
- Must have a bachelor's degree from a recognized university
- Must have at least 2 years of experience as an Assistant Manager in the financial services industry
- Must have good communication skills and systematic management skills in his / her office
- Must have experience working as a Branch Manager in Microfinance
Duty and Responsibility
- To make arrangements to meet the set targets of the branch in a timely manner
- Systematic management of fixed assets
- Provide training to the staff in your office to be able to work effectively. Guidance To provide advice and supervision
- Carefully evaluate loan applications
- Ensure that local officials adhere to the survey exactly as instructed by the office
- Periodic field inspections to obtain receipts and loan status from clients
- If any client fails to repay the loan, conduct a field inspection and report to the Head Credit Risk Management Department and oversee the timely repayment of the loan.
