Position - Teller (Junior Assistant)
Duties And Responsibilities
- Bank's services; Knowing and explaining products well. Bank account entry; Closing list.
- Receiving money at bank branches; issuing Carrying out inspections as assigned.
- Explain what customers want to know; answering all inquiries, helping to solve difficulties, services available from the bank, notifying customers of products.
- The bank's services to solve customers' needs; information about products, studying knowledge and knowledge in real time.
- Continuously improving the service levels of the bank, monitoring customer satisfaction at a high level and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Must have a degree from any university.
- Must be between 20-30 years old.
- Must be able to use Microsoft Office professionally.
- Must be a good communicator.
- Must be genuinely interested in customer service.
- Must be able to work in the branches entrusted by KBZ Bank.
