Job Description

Installing and configuring Hardware, Software, Networks, and Printers

Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.

Installing and upgrading anti-virus software to ensure security at the user level.

Diagnosing and troubleshooting the hardware & software failure of the Desktop PC & Laptop.

Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.

Able to configure the shared Printer to access and available, troubleshooting printer problem

as necessary.

Preparation of Internal or External Meeting facilities and need to support End-user requirements.

Must to know the Basic of Photoshop

Job Requirement

Any Graduate.

Minimum 2 years experience in IT support or IT technician roles and related field. Minimum 2

years of working experience & knowledge in relevant fields.

Must have the basic knowledge of LAN & WAN and Configuration of Network to access

company resources.

Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within an organization.
