Job Description
- Plan & communicate the targets to the Sales Representative
- Analyzing the coverages (Calls) and monitoring sales performance weekly & ensuring compliances
- Guidance, support & handholding to achieve the common goal
- Take full responsibility for company sales in the assigned territory
- Achieve sales targets and develop new markets to grow the company business.
- Market Visit & Special focus on issue outlets
- Competition tracking & customer feedback
- Strengthen customers relationship
- Report to Branch Manager (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually) for current market condition customers feedbacks and complaints, competitor's information, and sales achievement together with the solutions and ways to solve the complaints and to compete in the market.
Job Requirements
- Any graduate and at least 3 years experience at a similar position from FMCG or more prefer beverage background.
- Dynamic, energetic and result oriented. • Excellent communication skills, organizational skill, leadership, and team building ability
- Strong regional knowledge and able to drive safely with valid driving license B.
- Experience in customer support is a plus. . Good English (Writing, Speaking)
- Communication Skill, Selling Skill and Computer skill
