Working Days & Hours: Monday to Saturday - (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM),
Work Location: 22nd road, between 90th and 91st (90B) Aungmyaytharzan Township, Mandalay.
Job Requirements:
- Any bachelor’s degree
- English language skill (working proficiency)
- Minimum 3 years experience as a marketing manager
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with online/traditional marketing channels
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
- Value Burmese traditional dessert culture
Job Description:
- Lead the marketing department of TW and create an energetic workplace
- Identify consumer trends and sale channels category
- Evaluate and optimize metrics-driven and data-driven marketing strategies
- Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns
- Present ideas to the manager and the directors
- Work collaboratively with different departments
- Track brand sales performance and ensure top-line and bottom-line targets
- Report data and results to the manager and the directors (monthly/quarterly/annually)
