1.  Admin Assistant - Male (1) Post


Requirement

  • Male Any graduate
  • Age between 22 and 28 
  • Minimum 1-year experience in a related field. (Freshers are also welcome)
  • Able to work with email and should have skills in MS office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.)
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication skills 
  • Good time management skills 


Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Arrange purchasing stock and issuing for office stationery and company uniform.
  • Coordinate repairs to office equipment and stationery. 
  • To report daily for display completed time of all showrooms.
  • Assist in various license applications and renewals. 
  • Updating Fixed Assets and assist in cleaning and other maintenance requirements such as vehicle, air con, etc ... 
  • Undertake the tasks of routing correspondence. 
  • Make travel arrangements. Carry out an efficient documentation and filing system. 
  • Assist in the performance of additional duties assigned by your manager and other assistance.

Requirement

  • To create relevantly, engage, and branded digital content for publishing on digital platforms To handle and administer social media & other digital marketing channels

  • To manage pre-sales, sales & after-sales activities through online channels, especially Facebook 
  • To achieve the daily, monthly & annual sales target To support in Live-sales, product photography and other team's activities
