Requirements
- Must have passed at least second year in University
- Must be interested in financial services
- Must have good communication skills
- Must be honest, hardworking, and eager to learn, with extensive knowledge of the area and good travel skills. Must be able to drive a motorcycle.
Duty and Responsibility
- Duty to visit to wards/villages that are in the area of the assigned township
- Visit communities, wards/villages and discuss financial services
- Prepare required documents for clients, scrutinize and accept applications
- To check whether the information of the clients is correct or not
- To collect and calculate family information of clients, business information, how the loan will be used by the client, and repayment plans
- Request permission to submit vetted applications to relevant branch managers
- Make arrangements for obtaining a loan by notifying the clients who have received a managerial permit
- Field inspection to verify that the loans taken out by the clients are being used correctly and accurately
- To be collected according to the refund plan
- Arrange for the next loan to be re-disbursed to the clients who have repaid the loan according to the plan
